Delivery Charges: All orders are subject to a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for domestic orders within the United Kingdom. Orders being shipped overseas will incur a delivery charge of £9.99.

Shipping Method: We utilize Royal Mail tracked 24 service for domestic orders, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery. Overseas orders are also shipped using a reliable international shipping service. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs process and local postal service.

Order Processing: Once your order is received and payment is successfully processed, our dedicated staff will fulfill and prepare your order for shipment. We strive to process all orders within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of any USA pre-orders, out-of-stock items, or back-ordered items, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the estimated shipping date and keep you informed about your order.

Order Shipment and Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our Muscle Mommy warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can expect to receive this tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our premises. Kindly note that once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer in direct control of its movement and delivery. We rely on the services of reputable courier companies, such as Royal Mail, to handle the shipping process and ensure timely delivery.

Order Confirmation and Communication: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. This email serves as proof of your order placement. Additionally, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled by our staff.

Delays: During peak periods, such as Black Friday or the Christmas season, higher order volumes may lead to slight delays in our usual service. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by these temporary delays and assure you that we are working diligently to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.
