2) The item(s) being returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any accompanying accessories, manuals, or promotional items must also be returned in their original condition.

When returning the item(s), you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item(s). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
